Guys,

The Antarctic mail system may be an excellent testbed for the NTP
Interplanetary Internet version, for which we are building a simulator
here funded by JPL/NASA. Vint Cerf's Bundle Protocol, which I have
called the pony express model, may be applicable here. Don't get me
going...
