Patch to fix lopeers ipv6 formatting

I use ntpq lopeers quite often to check on the status of my clocks and such.
I also use a pure IPV6 installation so I'm dealing with ipv6 addresses
all of the time.

This patch fixes the formatting issues in lopeers with ipv6.

Here's the output without the patch:
