Please check ntp-4.2.6p3-RC7 or ntp-4.2.7p72 (or later) and perhaps have a look
on bug 1571; it should fix this problem. There's also a longer explanation in
bug 1367. If you find the problem is gone, please give me a note so I can mark
the error as duplicate of 1571 and fixed.
