With Juergen Perlinger's Bug 1571 and Bug 1572 changes in 4.2.6p3-RC6 and
4.2.7p70, my Garmin GPS 18x LVC + ntpd setup stopped working.  The GPS was
configured to send only $GPGLL, at Jeurgen's suggested, I switched it to send
only $GPRMC, and 4.2.7p70 came to life for me.
