Summary: unpeer configuration command for ntpq :config
           Product: ntp
           Version: 4.2.5
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P3
         Component: ntpd
        AssignedTo: hart@ntp.org
        ReportedBy: hart@ntp.org
                CC: bugs@ntp.org

As discussed in Bug 1057, it would be nice for ntpq to have a capability like
"ntpdc -c unconfig" to demobilize associations using the :config or
configfromfile ntpq commands.

This requires adding a new configuration verb to ntp_parser.y and ntp_config.c,
which could be named unconfig, or unpeer, or depeer, or unserver, or several of
the above. I like unpeer with unconfig as an alias for those used to ntpdc.
