Hallo,

ich habe das Problem das alle Versuche die Zeit zu synchronisieren
fehlschlagen. 

Egal ob NTPD oder ntpdate genutzt werden.

Die NTP Server sind verfügbar. Hier eine Ausgabe von ntpdate:
