I am not sure if this email is going to the correct place, but there is a 3
hour difference in the time I send an email to my daughter in Idaho from
Portland Oregon. We are in the same time zone. for example : My mail goes out
at 12:00 PM , when she receives it , is written as if it were sent out at
3: P M.Are you able to make a suggestion. Thank you
