Those messages are simply pass throughs from the OS.  So you might want to
research it that way - as a FreeBSD problem, not specifically an ntop one.

Seems to be related to reference counts for elf modules, so you might try
doing the compile & link on the box, rather than moving the files.  Maybe
there's something embeded in the linked file that is specific to the box
(memory offsets, etc.)??  Just guessing...
