Compiled via Mingw version 02-11-12  OK but
running ntop /c -i1 -PD:/temp and trying it to shutdown via admin user , 
ntop does not terminate , only displayed :

16/Nov/2002 10:33:53 Waiting until threads terminate...

Version 2.1.3 was the latest version that ntop shutdown succesful.
