Is it possible that the Cisco isn't ignoring the netflow packets that ntop
is generating? I know that ntop ignores them... and they're udp...
Otherwise, check Stats | Traffic ("Global Traffic Statistics") and see what
the packet drop rate is... Maybe you don't have enough oomph to keep up
with the peaks...

Mine, too. For >12h now. Although, compared to the cisco that exports, too
there is a strange kind of UDP packet loss. I try to get rid of this
and simultaneously check how your version works.

(1% difference due to measurement is ok, just UDP and ESP are strange,
they shouldn't even have this session problems like TCP)
