I came accros an excellent search msg from Burton... google picks up the
archives from time to time... if I use the following search on google I
generaly get what I am looking for...

enter your text search as normal... ie connect sql to ntop

add a specifier to look only at the ntop archives... ie site:lists.ntop.org

text search looks like this:

							connect sql to ntop site:lists.ntop.org

What you will get back is all the archive msg's related to the text query.

Very nifty... I was in a world of hurt trying to install ntop, nman, mysql
etc.. being completly new to linux, bought and loaded last week end... I
didnt have a clue what I was supposed to be doing anyway... great support
from Burton... but the questions I asked him I found the answers to via
google search above when I tried it later...

Newbies... that includes me!! search first, ask later!

Regards
Shaun
