Just wanted to be sure that everyone (who might be using it) saw that
the Dump Event Log utility, which is part of the NT Resource Kit, has
been updated.  The associated text indicates that: "Dumpel1.exe contains
an updated version of Dumpel.exe that corrects a known stability issue
in the original version."
