Hello,

I have IIS 4 installed on an NT 4.0 Server with SP4 installed.  In the last
week, although I don't know exactly when, the IIS service refused to start.
 According to the log, it failed because it depends on the Protected
Storage Service, and this service failed with the specific error
2148270091.  I'm pretty sure if I can start the Protected Storage Service,
I can start IIS.  Does anyone know what the Protected Storage Service is?
Or what I must try to make it operational again?  I can't find anything in
the MS Knowledge Base.  I will summarize.
