Summary: makensis output options

Initial Comment:
two thing's i'd like to see in a future version of makensis

1. a summary of plugins used by the compiled script

2. an option to output the entire script, with all includeds

also i think it should discard all strings from the included language files that are \
not used by the script - let's not forget, the aim of nsis has always been the \
smallest possible installers

Message:
I'm guessing all the plugins are listed so you can see their exported
functions...

Message:
1. how useful is it listing ALL plugins, even if unused, in the first
place. i usually hand out my sources without any binary data and more than
once i had to figure out how painful it is to narrow down all plugins used
in the script. i'm sure others have been in the same situation and found
this as annoying as i have.

Message:
1) How useful is this information? You can probably grep your way to this
list if you parse the existing compiler output...

2) There is no precompiler step we can dump the data from if that is what
you mean.
