Initial Comment:
I have a large NSIS installer that is about 1.75 GB in size. When trying to run this \
executable on a Windows 2003 Server Enterprise Edition (Service Pack 2) machine, I \
get a dialog box from Windows with the following error message:

"Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the \
appropriate permission to access the item."

The installer was built on the same machine, using NSIS v.2.39
