Okay, one more post on this, in case anybody's ever looking for this fix:
If you're compiling a program with any widescreen forms for Dana, it's important that \
the checkbox for 'Set WideScreen for AlphaSmart Dana' be checked at time of compile. \
This is under the 'Tools' menu, 'Options...', and the 'Compile/Download' tab.
The above tidbit might seem obvious, but for some silly reason I had jumped to the \
conclusion that that checkbox only mattered when you were adding a new form to your \
project, to control whether the form would be widescreened or standard width. So I \
didn't particularly worry about it, if I was working on a project that already had \
its form correctly sized.
When I compile with the button properly checked, it behaves fine in the Dana \
emulator, and probably on the Dana itself.
