Hi All,

We have just been informed that our institution will no longer be 
providing us with a static external ip, but will instead be requiring us 
to get out external ip via dhcp (and the actual numerical ip address 
will certainly be different).

How do we reconfigure the rocks database to get the external ip via dhcp 
rather than use a static value?
