Hi,

noted three severe problems:


- cannot "cd /share/apps" at head node & compute nodes, anymore

   /share/apps seems to be an "alias" for the xfs filesystem, provided 
by the storage node

- at the console of storage node: repeated error messages concerning its 
nic[eth0/1], like "firmware hang detected" etc.

- one of the hot swap disks of the raid system of the storage node is 
broken (ordered a replacement disk, but did not arrive, yet)


Conclusion:  /share/apps could not be mounted since the storage node is 
in an undefined state


Is there anything, I should try (re-boot storage node, or alike) ?
