Hi,

I am using Rocks 2.3.2.
Ours is a 16-note PIII cluster.

I paste below the error message I get while executing mpiBLAST 1.1.1. I have
done everything as per the instructions available from the
http://mpiblast.lanl.gov/ website and don't know why I am getting this
error.

Is this error from the package or from rocks ?
Any one working in bioinformatics domain here and using this package
successfully ?
