Need to know how to delete EVMS volumes, containers, blah. Seems simple enough, \
and have done this before, successfully, (IIRC).

OES2 SP3 recent patches.

However, using evmsgui, the objects I wish to delete are not shown, via "Action, \
Delete" Selecting Volume, Container, Segment, none show the objects of interest. \
They do exist and can be seen in other tabs of evmsgui. Activate, mount, etc, seem \
to have no effect on them.

Can get them visible in the selection tabs, by manually activating, stealing commands \
from the cluster resource scripts.

But, even after deleting, evms continues to see it as (four) individual disks, \
(multiipath stuff) albeit uninitialized. Even after they are unpresented via the \
SAN magic box.

Yes, I do save and even exit evmsgui, aware of the peculiarities of the gui. For \
this part, have tried rescan_scsi_bus.sh and restarting multipathd, but only a reboot \
of the node seems to make them go away.

Since there are going to be some number of these disks to remove (having been \
replaced with larger), so really need to grok the proper way to cleanly remove these \
items.

joe a.
