The solution I use is to have two printer Agents for the same printer,
one with the older driver and one with the newer driver.
 
Some of my printers have three Printer Agents to cope with different
requirements - works well here.
 
Else create a second broker and manager on a different server.

We have users on the same server that want 2 print drivers loaded for
the same printer.  One is a newer driver and one is an older driver. 
However, you can only load one driver on the broker for this type of
printer.  (we have several printers this same model at this site)

Here's the deal...  one small set of users (15) think the older driver
works better - gives a much better print quality.  However, the desktop
people don't want us to put the old driver back out there because they
think it caused other issues.

hmmm.... tried to edit the .inf file to name it differently (add an "a"
in the file for instance), then it would not load.

Anyone got a trick up their sleeve?     Thanks!!!  sharon
