Anyone know of a good help desk password reset util?  

We're using DirXML to sync eDir and AD.  We have been using iManager at
the help desk to reset passwords.  In the Win98 world this worked fine
as users changed their passwords upon first login, which initiated the
AD sync.

However, we're now migrating to XP and users cannot log in to the local
workstation account since iManager doesn't initiate the pw sync to AD.

So, I'm looking for some sort of app the help desk can use that will
force a sync to AD.

Anyone?
