I once snagged a Netware utility called cleanvol.nlm from
novellshareware.com or some such. It sounds like just what you are
looking for. It has a text-based configuration file where you describe
the criteria according to which you want the files removed and at
what times. The configuration is extremely flexible. Then you just load
the nlm, it sits on the server and performs specified cleanup tasks at
specified times, writing a log file of what it decided to remove. I use
it for monthly removal of files which haven't been accessed for 31 days
from our server's public file-sharing directory.

If you can't find it on the web, just drop me a line.
