So for all of those who listen to me whine over the years, I just
bought a new machine to replace my PII 500. 

It was one of the package deals, so i have a monitor I don't need. It
is new in the box Compaq FS7600 17". If anyone is interested in
purchasing it, please let me know. 1280x1024 and 16" viewable. msrp
appears to be 150. it is a flat panel crt (not LCD!). 

I will probably be freeing a celeron and other hardware soon. I don't
know if they will be ready for the weekend though.

tha machine is a compaq 1750nx (1G ram 200GB drive amd 64 3500+)
