Must be a version of M$-DOS fdisk.exe, hun?

One way to delete the partition is to BOOT into 'linux install'
 { boot it up however you are going to install Red Hat (floppy or CD) }
 and use 'diskdruid' or 'fdisk' from there to DELETE the partition.

Another way is:
 Boot a Rescue disk and use 'fdisk' from there and DELETE the partition.
