You shouldn't be opening ncat/ncat.sln. Only mswin32/nmap.sln. That in
turn loads ncat/ncat.sln.

I noticed the change when I saw the diff that turned the file from 2008
format to 2010 format. It means those files haven't been used since a
long time when we changed mswin32/nmap.sln to 2010 format. I deleted the
files from trunk.
