Joe,

The error is about finding the post office. According to:

https://www.netiq.com/documentation/edirectory-92/nwec/data/hfrsevmn.html#hqwkq36c \
--so a path issue.

Now if you right click on the document and select Properties of it, go to Activity \
Log, here you can add a Heading called File Path. That will tell you where the \
document is/was/or wants to be.

Once you know that, it will further clarify the issue. If its in a post office that \
no longer exists -well then you will need to run a few gwchecks and/or maybe as \
Librarian delete it (though I doubt this works for this situation). If the PO is \
still the same, is the storage area still there? Was the PO moved to new server so \
the server path is wrong?

There are a lot of things it might be and more to fix it. But not sure in the end \
your time is worth it -unless its a pressing need.

Oh and you are still using DMS? I miss those days. Way ahead of its time. But not \
greatly engineered.

Take Care.

Subject: [ngw] D103 Post Office Not Found

Unable to change sharing rights, delete the doc, etc in DMS due to:

"GroupWise error (d103)
Unable to update the document record.
d103: post office not found
Active Clients:3432371.1"

I assume this is because the document was imported by someone who no longer exists, \
and that PO has been deleted years ago now too.

Any idea how to fix? I've tried changing the author, etc. Same error
