Setup verbose logging on GWIA a look for errors, when sending emails.

We are now having an issue with a school corporation and e-mail.  We
are able to receive e-mail from them fine, but our users can not 
reply or send new e-mails to the same domain.  However, if we use gmail
and send to the same user with the same address it goes though fine.
I've had our ISP (ENA) check for DNS issues, I've checked our Barracuda
SPAM filter, I've checked to see if either party are on a black list,
and short of contacting Novell support, I can not find a reason for this
to be happening.  The other district did change over to Google G-Mail in
the last year, but I don't know that this issue has been occurring that
long.
Any ideas of where I  should look?
