This is handy, as it will cover many of the tomcat based apps which Novell put to \
market such as Filr, Vibe etc.

Thanks,

Hi Gene,
here tested some guy tomcat and was able to make 16k connections \
http://blog.krecan.net/2010/05/02/cool-tomcat-is-able-to-handle-more-than-13000-concurrent-connections/comment-page-1/ \
. For just huge amount of users you need make some tuning and have plenty of memory. \

All,
What is the load capability of a SLES 11 SP3 Apache/Tomcat server when servicing only \
WebAccess 2014? Using todays latest 64bit server hardware.

For example, can it handle 8,000 concurrent logged in sessions at the same time? Or \
is it more like 2,000 maximum that it can handle? I have no clue.

I need to design for a large amount of WebAccess only users and need to know the \
capability per Apache/Tomcat server instance.

Thanks.
