Hi Thys,
GroupWise doesn't set that time stamp automatically, if would have to
be done manually using the time stamp utility.  It's most likely that
Retain has set these dates, probably from a message with an incorrect
create date.  This problem shouldn't occur in later versions of Retain
(3.2+) but if the timestamps were already into the future they'll need
to be manually reset even if you have the latest updates applied.

If this continues after you've updated Retain and reset the dates
we'll
need to have a look at the job logs.

Hi all,


Why would i have some users with this set as a date into the
future?..... .. this then causes the user not able to delete their
trash
items it seems .. different PO's random users .. is it retain that
sets
this date?... or GroupWise itself?
