I have one user with IE 10 on Windows 7 who cannot open email from Web Access. Double \
clicking on a message, or right click and open, does not open the message. No error \
message is visible.  
 I have cleared the cache, turned off the popup blocker, looked for extra toolbars \
(just Google toolbar, uninstalled it anyway, no change), added the site to trusted \
sites and added the site in compatibility mode. None of that helped.  
Chrome on the same PC works fine. Other users with same machine model and IE version \
are working fine.  
Ideas?
