Kewlsome. I'd just dummied up some domain data on a VM and copied the install .DCs \
to it and got a build to work.
Thanks,
Lil

You need to use the ones in your Install directories for GW8sp1hp1 -assuming that is \
the code you are on. You need to down the agents. Then I like to make a copy of the \
files, then copy the DC files from the Install directory to the appropriate domain \
and post office and domain/wpoffice directories.
Those found under the Install PO directory get placed in the domain/wpoffice and the \
po directory. Those found under the Install domain directory get placed in the domain \
directory.
Restart agents and go.

Take Care.

Subject: [ngw] Rebuild problems again
I'm back to this issue again. I'm trying to rebuild a post office db on a restored \
post office. I get the error "Bad field number in record being added. The KB says I \
need to replace the corrupt *.dc files in the domain and/or post office. The problem \
is that I have a lot of variety in what .dc files I can chose from. The domain and \
post offices are all 8.0.1HP1. Shouldn't these all be consistent? Which ones need \
to be where? Below are the dates and sizes of the ones available to me. I need to \
rebuild a PO DB offline. I've tried creating a copy of the base PO and I've copied \
the .dc files in from all sources but I still get the error. I'm hesitant about \
replacing any in the domain folder for fear of screwing up its accessibility.
