Subject:    [ngw] Unable to add proxy user in WebAccess

Whenever I try to give a user proxy access through WebAccess, I get the error:

The user "user's name" could not be found.  Select a user from the address book.

This happens when I type the username or use the address book.  Any ideas on what the \
problem is and how to fix it?  GW8 HP2 on NetWare 6.5 SP7.  Thanks.
