Yes, there is a TID regarding this, any rule that has a condition will re-fire 
regardless of GW's anti mult-reply filtering.

This is normally see when someone creates an out of office reply and they 
set a condition to not to reply to certain type of messages. Instead of just
generating a single response to messages from another mail user until disabled, 
the rule will reply to each message sent from the other user.

Novell states that this is working as 'designed'. What is needed is a way to 
control this feature at the rule level or maybe even the system level.
