That sounds an awful lot like your SSL certificate/KMO went bad if neither NRM nor \
iManager work (since they work off different HTTP stacks)....might want to check the \
expiration/validity for that server's certificates. A lot easier than reinstalling \
Apache/Tomcat (ugh). Make sure you regen the tomcat certificate if you end up \
recreating the KMO (tckeygen.ncf is your friend) so Tomcat has an exported copy to \
work with locally (since it can't read eDir). If you can get any remote access to \
the server (ILO/DRAC board??) then I would run PKIDIAG on it and see what it thinks \
of the certs. Then you should be able to reload HTTPSTK with the certs to get NRM \
working again.
Not related to your main issue with GWIA, but I thought I would toss that in there \
(I'm mostly an OS guy who does GW from time to time rather than the other way around \
:) ).

after an attempt to install webaccess failed. That is, did not succeed 100 %. \

Running GWIA in protected memory is a great way to kill it when it doesn't unload on \
it's own. Then you don't need to restart the server, you can clean up "in use" \
files, all sorts of goodness. Of course, you might miss some billable hours... I'd \
guess you can rcon or NoRM into the server since you seem tohave file access to it?

True. You'd need to either be on site or have access to the network remotely. In \
particular you'd need to set the startup not to start GWIA until you've had a chance \
to clear the old files.
