I used to recommend people export from CardScan to CSV, then use this
completely free tool to import into GW:

But I in the Novell forums someone mentioned that CardScan no longer exports
to CSV. If it doesn't, then Outlook + GW Connector is probably the best
bet. But if it does, I recommend the above *free* tool. I've used it many
times to import addresses in CSV format into GW.
