"Go to the Windows Control Panel | Mail and Fax | Novell Default Settings
Properties

Make sure that there are at least three properties, they are:

Novell GroupWise Message Store
Novell GroupWise Address Book
Novell Personal Address Book

If any are missing, select Add, then double click any item that is missing.
Repeat for any other missing items"
