Hi:  We have many people who set up vacation rules.  When a piece of 
spam comes through it also gets a vacation reply, which results in a 
delivery failure message.  This incoming delivery failure message 
correctly has an envelope of 

  MAIL TO: <>

which should prevent the sending of an auto-reply, but the GW 
vacation rule incorrectly sends a reply to the apparent sender 
(usually MAILER-DAEMON@example.com ).  

Is there a setting to prevent a rule-generated reply from going to a 
MAIL TO: <> return path?  If not, can this be added to Bonsai?
