David,
I'm guessing first that upgrading to GW 6.5 changed the gwia.cfg, and over wrote it. \
So, the smtphome switch is no longer there and mail arrives via the gwia/receive \
folder, instead of the gwia/third/receive folder where Guin then moves it after \
scanning to the gwia/receive, and then on to the PO. So, the correction if this is \
the case, is to re-insert the smtp home switch, restart the guin box and the gwia. \
Hopefully you have the old gwia.cfg.....

Reading the description, my other guess is that the client on the Guinevere server is \
not updated, and so mail forwarding, notifications etc are not being routed the way \
they used to be. So the solution is to update the GW client on the guin box, and be \
sure it is logged in with admin rights.

Failing that, you should use the request technical support from the main guin config \
screen, send in the guin ini etc, and a description of the problem... Guin doesn't \
auto create files in the manner described.

Cheers,

Ron

Hi all,

We are running GW6.5 SP2 with Guinevere version 2.0.17b5.

On the postoffice where we have the Guinevere e-mail account setup, we are getting a \
"2C1 Error: More than 5000 records [D11B] User:Guinevere" on the POA screen. Prior \
to GW6.5, Guinevere would automatically move e-mail from its Mailbox to new folders \
that it would automatically create. When we upgraded to GW6.5, Guinevere's e-mail \
just piles up in the Mailbox. Any suggestions?
Thanks.

-David
