Having dealt with major proxy calendar symptoms a couple of times in
the last couple of months, and also a recent list post, a couple of
questions:

What version GW?

Did you actually view the chancellor "master" account using the
chancellor login - to see if the items are there?

That is the first step.

The problems I have struggled with recently have always been with the
proxy accounts - the master account always shows the proper info.

The proxy users show erratic viewing with items missing in the GW
client.

Also, if you have web access, check there and see  if the items are
visible with proxy.

A proxy problem I had last summer - I found everything displayed
properly with Web Access as a work around till I did a top down
rebuild.

But for my most recent proxy problem, even WA does not work.
Still working on this.

Our chancellor has three people who proxy his GW calendar.  Each of
them
claims at one time or another to have known items to have been in
there
to find that later they've vanished.  Each thought it was one of the
others deleting things accidentally.  Now they've compared notes and
feel they've determined that not to be the case.

Has anyone found any similar situation in your environment.  It seems
to be just the one account that's experiencing the problem.
