Sounds like you're thinking of the mshtml.dll problem. Here's the TID
that deals with this problem:

Subject: [ngw] RE:Re-Posting Appt close's GW 6.5 on client PC's
I had many similar problems and blamed every component of my network
and PC except for the actual culprit. I can't remember where I say the
posting, maybe in Connections Magazine.
The problem is a bad DLL associated with Internet Explorer on Windows
XP. GroupWise uses the IE DLL for functions used in creating and
manipulating HTML in a message. I can't find the reference right now but
I'll keep looking.
I sent a message about this last month.
We upgraded from GW 5.2 to 6.5. When I installed the new GW 6.5
client
on the Windows XP PC's my users GW clients would close when making
changes and re-posting there appointments. I installed the GW 6.5.1
upgrade on my NW 6 sp3 server and upgraded the clients in hopes that
this might work. My PC has been the only one that does not close
when
re-posting appointments.
I installed a new Windows 2003 server for our Citrix connections,
and
it too closes the GW client when re-posting an appointment.
Any help or idea's would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Stephen Peterson
