No. Its the Intel Desktop Board CC820.
BIOS
Intel/AMI BIOS
Intel 82802AB 4 Mbit Firmware Hub (FWH)
Support for Advanced Power Management (APM), Advanced Configuration Power
Interface (ACPI), Plug and Play, and SMBIOS
But I also tried it on a Tyan Tiger 100 w/ award bios and it failed.
