scotty is a network monitoring tool. Not like NFR, more like HP OpenView's
Network Node Monitor. It comes with a network editor called tkined, a
tcl/tk interface to scotty. It is public domain, and really nice piece of
coding.
It has features like IP discovery etc. which comes handy within tkined.
