SIP Update - Version 6

NFR RRT has released an update for the SIP package. This release reduces
false positive, improves detection of duplicate header information, and
increases the amount of information available in alert details.


OVERVIEW

- Header abbreviations have been made synonymous with their abbreviated
  symbol.

- Junk data which occurs after the end of UDP packets will no longer be
  processed as an additional SIP request.

- The SIP method and URI associated with alerts has been added to the
  Compliance alerts.
