While making screen images for the Userimport module documentation, I
encountered this problem on the kewl3.uwc.ac.za site:

PHP Fatal error:  Class 'SoapClient' not found in
/srv/www/htdocs/framework/app/modules/userimport/classes/remoteimport_class_inc.php

The code in question seems to work fine elsewhere - so probably that
site is missing some PEAR libraries. What is the name of the PEAR module
that contains SoapClient?
