Paul,

I started on the codereport module so I could have a picture of what is
going on. One thing that I would like it to do is report lines of code,
and sort lines of code by person or grouped authors.

I also started the mailman analysis module for the same reasons. I was
not able to finish them off beyond testing. There were some things I did
know how to do, but with a few days of focused attention it could be
done.

We should do the same for white papers and any other 'metrics' we can
think of.

Then we could have a picture of whose doing what and where we need to
intevene. For example, nobody realised that one developer had done
nothing since the first workshop until I ran that codereport the other
day. After the rush of getting the last 4 out and the first 5 out, do
you think this could be given to an intern to create a kind of
management dashboard? These would be modules that run on the AVOIR site
only.

I want to try to boost the role of the board, and we need some of these
things to enable that. Any other good ideas too or instead of course.

Regards
Derel
