I should have at least a solid draft for you before then.

In terms of others on the list, I hope that silence is tacit approval 
and that when someone else sees a good opportunity to voice their 
thoughts they will do so.

Is it possible that some people who might be interested in this 
discussion are not on the list? Might it be worth sending out an 
announcement to a broader list (assuming we have one) indicating that 
design conversations have begun in earnest here?
