Subject: check_ping buglet on RedHat 7.0

RedHat 7.0 uses a new version of ping which has changed it's output to
report times in usec rather than ms. Thusly, check_ping gets uphappy and
breaks. Here is some sample output from RedHat 7.0's pin utility for you.

bash-2.04$ /bin/ping -n -c 5 192.168.0.32
PING 192.168.0.32 (192.168.0.32) from 192.168.0.163 : 56(84) bytes of
data.
64 bytes from 192.168.0.32: icmp_seq=0 ttl=255 time=279 usec
64 bytes from 192.168.0.32: icmp_seq=1 ttl=255 time=259 usec
64 bytes from 192.168.0.32: icmp_seq=2 ttl=255 time=255 usec
64 bytes from 192.168.0.32: icmp_seq=3 ttl=255 time=258 usec
64 bytes from 192.168.0.32: icmp_seq=4 ttl=255 time=257 usec

--- 192.168.0.32 ping statistics ---
5 packets transmitted, 5 packets received, 0% packet loss
round-trip min/avg/max/mdev = 0.255/0.261/0.279/0.019 ms

Thanks!
