I agree, for more counters should one use snmp.
I'm wondering if anyone has thought the possibility to run
a program/batch in the NT end by Netsaint (plugin) ? It's
easy on unix/linux platforms to run eventhandlers (by ssh etc)
on other machines but how do i reboot NT, restart service etc
remotely? Of course we need to consider the security matters
but i see this as a huge improvement on the plugin. Or if there's
any other way to do the things mentioned before i would be glad
to hear.
