Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

I am writing to say that the location of the Netsaint statd plugins
advertised on the Netsaint web page is __not__ correct (IIRC the
Netsaint web page has the old version in the contrib/addons directory).

The latest version of the Netsaint_Statd plugins (2.12) are at

http://doubt.sigfs.org/files/netsaint_statd/

The statd author has also assured me that the minor problems in some of
statd plugins, that make them unsuitable for an (and only an) embedded
Perl Netsaint, will be fixed in the next release (2.13).

This information comes from the statd author who has explicitly
requested that people be aware of the current and future locations of
the statd package.
